Lithium battery container
The lithium battery container is CSC approved and meets ISO standard requirements (e.g. ISO668, ISO 1496/1, ISO1161). The container is fire-insulated throughout and is fitted with a specially designed system for extinguishing lithium batteries. The containers are also equipped with a cooling water system and IP-rated LED lighting, IP65 central, 30 mA residual current switch, lighting control switch, cables, connectors, residual current protection.

Fortum and Suomen Vuokrakontti have expanded their product range to include lithium battery storage facilities, which are suitable for the transport and storage of all lithium batteries, including damaged and defective ones, as well as other batteries. The lithium battery containers are manufactured and equipped for all modes of transport. We rent and sell lithium battery containers to our customers in standard sizes of 20′ , but other dimensions are also possible.

Lithium battery containers are equipped with full-side opening doors and a drainage basin below the floor to protect the environment from possible spills.
Lithium battery containers can be optionally equipped according to customer needs. Possible accessories: e.g. fire extinguishing panel with battery in heated cabinet (IP65), multi-criteria detector, UV flame detector, Beacon, remote alarm system, camera surveillance.
