The cold fact is that
a cold container can also be hot.

One needs freezing cold, another needs a little frost and a third is happy with summer temperatures in summer and winter. So a thermo container is not just a cold container. The temperature range is 70°C and that makes the Thermocontainer very versatile.

Read more about the possibilities of using a thermocontainer below.

Pharmaceutical industry and distribution

If there is one thing in Finland that demands precision and is regulated and supervised by law down to the last detail, it is the pharmaceutical industry. For storing products or raw materials, or for testing development batches, it will not accept

“roughly right” conditions. Good. Thermocontainers offer fully controlled conditions whether the medicines are on their way to, from or within Finland. Dry, cold, warm – and just as constant, hour after hour, day after day.

Storage of industrial products and raw materials

Many products and raw materials have their own optimal storage temperatures.

Carbon fibre, adhesives, dyes and many chemicals must be stored at the temperatures

specified for them before use.

The temperature of the Thermocontainers is adjustable between -40°C and +30°C.

Cold testing of equipment

Temperature control at -40°C allows cold testing of components and equipment in extreme conditions. Testing can be carried out on your own premises all year round, with rapid access to products and in-house support.

The Thermocontainer can be used indoors or outdoors, in the Bahamas or in Iceland. Almost anywhere.

The interior is large enough even for testing an entire passenger car.

Breweries and distilleries

Not all the space a brewery or distillery needs is built permanently because, well, it costs a fortune. And that space always ends up being too much or too little anyway. The selectable -40°C to +30°C temperature of the Thermocontainers fits like a cork

the beer bottle – for the many needs of the brewing business. Raw material storage, product storage, maturation storage and, on request, production space are the most common reasons to call us.

Temporary cold rooms and seasonal storage

Thermo containers are ideal for seasonal storage and various restaurant or canteen renovations where safe and hygienic cold and freezer space is needed temporarily.

Speed and ease – it makes a big difference.

It doesn’t matter whether the destination is in Finland or on the other side of the world. Thermocontainers can be transported by ship in the same way as a normal sea container.

Bakeries, events and retail

Perfect for events serving everything from hot meals to cold drinks.

Interior lights and flat floor. Add to that an easy-to-open one-handed door and the kitchen professional will thank you.

Storage of fresh or frozen meat

Be it the Finnish summer with its festivities or Christmas with its carols, we do enjoy our meat and poultry. Properly stored and prepared, of course, and with a wine of the right temperature and colour… or without.

We do not distribute culinary instructions, we keep them to ourselves. If you have any questions about thermocontainers, we will be happy to answer them.

Fresh or frozen fish and seafood storage

Fish or shellfish for lunch? It doesn’t matter, as long as the storage is done right.

A hygienic and easily washable space is what a professional wants.

Every time I drink milk...

Many things change, but the words of the song remain, and milk and dairy products are still stored in cold storage as a rule.

Thermocontainers ensure the correct storage and preservation of your products, even during major events.

Fruit and vegetable storage

Blueberries, lingonberries, cloudberries, peas, strawberries, fruit, root vegetables and greens.

Life’s basic ingredients and vitamins are best enjoyed fresh and crisp.

A non-toxic way to get rid of insects and parasites

Unwelcome guests in the interior, from bed linen, furniture, curtains, carpets, clothes and generally all loose items, can be disposed of by freezing them in a thermo container.

Hotels, homes, museums and many other places are suitable.

Set the machinery at -40°C for 48-72 hours and the problem is solved.
